Shipping and Returns

When will my order be processed?

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from order date and shipped the following day after being processed. 

So how does our shipping work?

We have a team who handles the manufacturing process and maintains stock in our US based warehouse.

We try our best to deliver LitGrip to you as fast as possible. The average delivery time for our orders within the United States is 3-5 days. The faster you get your order, the faster we get feedback on our product and ways to possibly improve moving forward. 

Wrong address on your order?

We try to be as efficient as possible when shipping out orders to reach the customer as soon as possible. If you have entered the wrong address and the order has not been shipped, we can edit the address. We are not responsible for wrong address delivery, as you are in control of entering in the address at checkout.


How do returns work?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.


International Shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We are based out Tennessee in the United States. You will be able to choose between a selection of shipping methods with shipping quotes and delivery estimates! Understand that when shipping international from USA, you may incur customs and duties taxes for import. Customer is responsible for any import/tax fees their country may charge.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may be within 4-7 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

Order cancellations?

We cannot cancel an order after it has already dispatched our shipping facility. You must wait until the product has been delivered and then begin the return process.

It usually takes us 6 hours as we have happy and willing to help customer service agents that are working around the clock to fulfill your needs.
